Intensive Course in Ayurveda and Yoga Classics

This course is meant to create in-depth knowledge in Ayurveda with Yoga background. The teachings are based on authentic treatises – ‘Ashtanga Hrudayam’ with reference to ‘Samhithas’ in Ayurveda and ‘Gheranda Samhitha’ and ‘Hathayoga Pradeepika’ in Yoga. Students will get enough training in almost all Ayurveda therapies and Yoga. The study of Sanskrit is very essential to be familiar with authentic scriptures. It enables one to pass the knowledge to others and use in health practices.
