Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine using herbal and mineral products prepared using natural methods. The therapies in it are good elimination methods of toxins and nourish both mind and body with no side effects.

Ayurveda has a history of attending health issues over 5000 years without break and still existing unaltered.

As a medical system it has its own method of diagnosing diseases of all kinds and giving remedies. It is highly efficient in diagnosing even new diseases since means and methods are available to detect any kind of imbalance.

Results are remarkable by treating the following and several other conditions.

In addition to the common treatment procedures in practice, we do focus on the Kerala Traditional Treatments such as Oil Treatments, Panchakarma, Pizhichil, Dhara, Kizhi, Sirovasti, Pichu etc.

Special Ayurvedic food is provided during treatment period. The total cost per day including treatment, medicine, food and accommodation would be Rs 2000 INR for non A/c and Rs 2500 INR for A/C facilities approximately. Laundry is also available on extra payment.

Treatment Course 

Normal course of treatment is 4 to 5 weeks. It also varies depending upon the need and type of sickness. During the treatment course the patients should strictly observe all the disciplines and regimens required for treatment as advised by the physician. Patients are not supposed to move out unless permitted by the physician during the course of treatment.

The treatment includes internal medication, external therapies and cleansing procedures.

Yoga practice

Yoga practice is also incorporated if required.  

Booking

Half of the treatment cost is to be paid in advance by bank transfer and the rest by the end of the course. People desirous of taking treatments are requested to intimate us in advance with all clinical details. Our physicians will evaluate the condition and determine the suitable time and procedure for treatment.

In both the cases, receipt of payment will be acknowledged.

Refund policy

If any patient is not able to attend the treatment as scheduled, the same should be informed in advance and he/she can take the treatment at another time within 2 year with a prior notice of 3 months. In such case, any revision of treatment charges will also be applicable.

In case, the patient fails to come for treatment and would like to use the payment for any other patient whom he/she recommends, within the stipulated period the same can be availed.

General Disciplines

Should not sleep during the day time.
Should not eat food contrary to the instructions of the physician.
Should not indulge in activities requiring physical exertion.
Should not expose to fog, wind, smoke, dust, rain and sun.
Should avoid prolonged reading and watching Television.
Should take medicines at proper time.
Should go to bed early at night.
Should wear slippers while walking.
Should cover your body with a shawl especially when you are outside.
Should be alert and mentally relaxed.
Should follow other disciplines recommended by the physician.

Ayurveda for healthy People

Special packages of shorter duration are offered to healthy people for wellness and enhancing health conditions. These packages include Dinacharya (daily regimens), therapies like massage and Yoga. The cost per day is 2000 INR for Non A/C and 2500 INR for A/C facilities.
